Encrypted exchanges
All exchanges between the guest, the host, the site, the app and our servers are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the data is restricted.
Between the guest and the host
Only the host of a property sees their guests' records. The platform's administration tools do not display identities or signed contracts.
No document photo kept
The image is used to read the details, then discarded. Only the entered or read data is kept.
Protected passwords
Passwords are never stored in plain text, and sign-in with Google is available.

Export your records: identity data is deleted automatically 6 months after the guest's departure, and everything is erased when you delete a property.

Do my guests need to install an app?
No. They open your link in their phone's browser, in their own language, and fill in their details.
Does Digital Check-in use my guests' data?
No. Digital Check-in is a simple technical intermediary: we pass the guest's record to their host, nothing more. Exchanges are encrypted, the data stays between the guest and the host, and is neither sold nor used for other purposes.
Do I need to set anything up for each booking?
No. You set it up once: your landlord profile, your property and your link. After that, each guest checks in on their own: the record is filled in, the contract is generated and signed, and everything reaches you automatically.
Does it work with Airbnb and Booking?
Yes. You simply paste the link or the welcome message into the conversation with the guest. No technical connection is needed.
What happens to the ID photo?
It is only used to read the details and is not kept. We keep the main guest's name, date of birth, nationality and document number.
Is the contract provided?
Yes. Once your landlord profile is completed (individual, or company with its manager), a contract in your name is offered to the guest, signed on screen and downloadable as a PDF.
