Guest registration in Spain: collect the data before arrival
Hosts in Spain must report their guests to the authorities (SES.Hospedajes). Digital Check-in lets your guests fill in the required details online before they arrive, scan their ID document and sign the rental agreement. You then download a file ready to copy into the official website.

How it works
- Share your property's check-in link with your guest.
- The guest fills in the form, scans their ID and signs the contract on their phone.
- You download the file for the register and submit it yourself on the official website.
Digital Check-in prepares the data and a file; it does not send anything to the authorities. The host reports their guests, checks the accuracy and keeps their own copies. Rules and deadlines are indicative: always check the official source.
